A downloadable game for Windows

Into The Night is a cute little adventure platformer that focuses on an alien cat who crash-landed onto an unknown planet. Help the little kitty by finding scraps littered amongst the planet's land, fix its ship, and make your way back to the stars! 

Features :

  • 12 different areas to explore

Controls : 

  • [Left] and [Right] arrow keys // [A] and [D] for movement!
  • [Spacebar] to jump
  • [Spacebar] + [against a wall] to wall jump
  • [R] to restart the game

Developer notes : 

There are a couple of bugs in there but that's okay! I may add and update some things in the future :)

A fun Little platformer with cute visuals

Things i love:

  • Your graphics are great and endearing, i love the animation
  • Audio is great, sound effects are great, the music is perfect and doesn't get annoying because of the short playtime
  • The game isn't too hard, its an enjoyable time
  • Colors are great and i like the little cat
  • The moveset is not too complex and not boring
  • Your pixel art is great, the menu is easy to understand

Constructive criticism:

  • The collision is a bit bugged, i had a particular problem of getting stuck in any wall i come across when im not in the air
  • The controls are a bit interesting, W is used as an interaction button but not up arrow, also entering the spaceship with enter key is really cute but maybe also allow interaction key to do it?

Anyways i loved the game and i hope you make more things in the future because you clearly have the creativity to make beautiful and interesting games
